Przyjazne LOKUM offers exclusive, comfortable, fully-equipped apartments with all the facilities. All the apartments are located in the city centre. The guests are advised and  get necessary help regarding transport, booking tickets, sightseeing tours, bike and car rentals, shopping etc. LOKUM also caters for families with kids providing a helpful package including: baby chair, baby bed, baby carriage, baby car seat, tubby etc.

Apartment 'SWIDNICKI' (50m2/2rooms/max.6persons/3rd floor/no lift) is a very modern and cozy apartment located at Wroclaw's main pedestrian street - Swidnicka, five minute walk from the Old Town. It features two rooms - bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, TV and lounge with double sofas suitable for 4 persons, dinning table, TV, dvd player, hi-fi. Kitchen is fully-equipped. Bathroom with comfortable shower, washing machine and hair-dryer.

Apartment 'DOMINIKANSKI' (32m2/1room/max.4persons/4th floor/lift) is a very nice and cozy studio flat located in the Old Town. Shopping Center "Galeria Dominikanska" and the pedestrian area are nearby. The apartment's windows overlook very quiet backyard, no traffic. Studio with two double sofa-beds, dinning table, fully-equipped kitchenette. Bathroom is small but very nice. The biggest advantage of this studio is its great location. From here you can get to all tourist sites just in a few minutes. Ideal accommodation for a couple, family with kid or business guests.

Apartment 'NAD ODRA' (38m2/1room/max.4persons/3rd floor/lift) is a large but cozy studio with a balcony. It is located in a modern building with security guards in the main hall. A few minute walk from the Old Town. In the backyard you can find playground for kids and a patio with benches.  The studio has a separate part with double bed and living room - part with double sofa and fully-equipped kitchen. It is very comfortable and cozy.

Apartment 'OLAWSKI' (2 rooms/max.6persons/2nd floor/lift) is located in a new building with a lift.  It consists of 2 rooms: a spacious bedroom with two single beds, which can serve as one matrimonial bed; a cosy living room with two convertible double sofa beds. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a balcony with a view over the pedestrian zone. Car owners can leave their vehicles at the car park in the underground garage, which is a great advantage in the crowded city centre.

Apartment 'JATKI' (2 rooms/max.4persons/3rd floor/lift) is a cosy place located near the Main Square, just opposite the historical Jatki street. It features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a room with a double convertible sofa. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining corner and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is very elegant and nicely decorated with modern facilities including: an electric kettle, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, cooker, fridge, kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, hair dryer and toaster as well as TV set.

Apartment 'RENOMA' (2 rooms/max.4persons/5th floor/lift) is an elegant and nicely decorated flat, located about 600 m from the Main Market Square. It is housed in a new building. It consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double convertible sofa. There is also a spacious bathroom  with a bath and a shower cabin, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The facilities include: an electric kettle, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, hair dryer and toaster as well as TV set. For guests who arrived by car, there is a parking space in the underground car park.

Apartment 'UNIWERSYTECKI' (3 rooms/max.6persons/2nd floor) is a cosy flat located at the heart of the Old Town, close to the Main Market Square and Galeria Dominikanska shopping mall. It features two separate bedrooms wtih double beds and wardrobes as well as a spacious living room with a double convertible sofa. The facilities include: an electric kettle, iron, coffee machine, cooker, oven, fridge, kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, hair dryer and toaster as well as TV set.

Apartment 'KRAWIECKA' (2 rooms/max.5persons/2nd floor) is located at the very heart of the Old Town, in the vicinity of the Main Square, the Galeria Dominikanska shopping mall and the university. The bedroom features a single bed, while the living room features a double convertible sofa and a convertible armchair with a mattress. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette. The facilities include: an electric kettle, iron, coffee machine, cooker, oven, fridge, kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, hair dryer and toaster as well as TV set .

Each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower or a bath. A fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, a TV set and comfortable beds with bed clothes and towels. We provide final cleaning and other services on your request. You can check in from 2 p.m. and should check out by 11 a.m. Arrivals later then 10 p.m. - additional charge of 50 PLN. The keys are handed by a representative in the flat at the previously arranged arrival time. You can use the INTERNET - BC modem with USB, but please inform us beforehand (15 PLN per day). We accept credit card payments.
