Getting to and from the airport

Getting to the town centre by taxi costs about PLN 40. It is cheaper, though maybe less convenient, to take No. 406 bus. The ticket costs PLN 2.00. If the dimensions of the luggage exceed 120 cm, you need to get an extra ticket for the luggage (PLN 1.00).

The airport facilities include a snack bar, a restaurant, a coffee shop, shops, duty-free shops, bureau de change outlets, a post office, a travel agency, a car rental agency, a travel agency, 24-hour first aid, a cash dispenser, a baby care room and a car park. On weekdays the bus goes every 20-30 minutes (from 4.52 in the morning till 10.53 at night), whereas on Sundays and holidays it goes every 40 minutes (from 6.02 a.m. till 10.56 p.m.). The bus goes from the airport to the centre and the journey takes about 20 minutes (depending on the time of day). However, if you want to take a bus from the centre to the airport, the No. 406 bus leaves from a bus stop situated near the Main Railway Station (in Dworcowa Street).

As for the departure from the airport, the bus departs at 3.20 p.m. (the exact time depends on the Ryanair plane arrival). A single ticket costs GBP 2,00 or its PLN, Euro or USD equivalent. However, the change is given only in PLN.
