When I arrived late at night I was shown to an apartment different to what I had booked and not to same standard. As it was late I stayed 1 night . No other suitable apartment was available ,so I booked into a hotel next day. I found it difficult to get a refund of my deposit but did eventually succeed after some days. Not recommended

perfect localisation, good possibility of parking - own hotel's underground parking, private protected parking (30 PLN/24h)as well as free parking on the street, clean room, nice lobby, professional and friendly staff

My stay in Wroclaw was the modern and new facilities of the Exclusive Apartment as well as the efficient and very kind attention of the administrators made my stay in Wroclaw, a city of joy and beauty, extremely pleasant. I highly recommend it to all tourists.
