We bought the package for the Valentine\'s Day, which for us means a lot. We were very disappointed with the conditions of the room, because the temperature inside the room was very cold and the air conditioner was not working properly. During the night was not working. Also the heating on the bathroom was not working and the temperature was very unconfortable. The room didn\'t had the device for boiling water for tea, and the price of the room include that. When we complained to the reception, the sent a service man to see what was wrong, and though the temperature of the room got a little bit better, the heating of the bathroom still continued damaged. I was expecting that the manager offered us a another room, with perfect conditions, but she didn\'t. Even, when I complained again just before the special Valentine\'s Dinner, she did nothing. At the end, it wasn\'t a pleasant journey at all. And I wasn\'t expecting this kind of threatment in a 5 stars hotel. |

This is a 5-star hotel so I\'m a bit picky. This was my third time there (previously- everything was excellent).
Upon arrival we were told that on Dec 31 the bar closes at 14$1. Nobody mentioned drinks could still be ordered in front of the reception. Nobody mentioned breakfast on Jan 1 would be served until 12$2 (we were told 11$3 - a huge difference on that day).
It was a bit too cold in the room and particularly bathroom.
They didn\'t register Miles&More miles because the invoice was indirectly to me (I used a travel agent). Not a problem in Hilton and Sofitel, though.
In the breakfast room, I had to ask for coffee (nobody approached us and suggested hot drinks). And it took AGES (literally > 20 mins.) to get scrambled eggs.
Strong suggestion to hotel management: review customer service processes, you have 5 stars! |
